On August 6, 2023, Yellow Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (listed below and collectively, the “Chapter 11 Debtors”) each filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Chapter 11 Proceedings”).

In connection with the Chapter 11 Proceedings, Yellow Corporation is seeking to be appointed as the foreign representative of YRC Freight Canada Company (“YRC Freight Canada”), YRC Logistics Inc. (“YRC Logistics”), USF Holland International Sales Corporation (“USF”) and 1105481 Ontario Inc. (“1105481”) (collectively, the “Canadian Debtors” and each a “Canadian Debtor”) for relief pursuant to Part IV of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”) and Section 106 of the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, as amended (the “CJA”).

On August 8, 2023, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) granted the Interim Stay Order (Foreign Proceeding), which among other things, provides for a stay of proceedings for the Canadian Debtors pursuant to the CCAA.

Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. is the Proposed Information Officer in respect of the proceedings pursuant to Part IV of the CCAA.
