Situation​

• AIM listed business which manufactures light engineering products, predominantly for the automotive supply chain.​

A&M role and outcome​

• Following the loss of a major contract the business experienced a significant reduction in revenues and imminent liquidity issues.​

• A&M engaged to establish the short term liquidity position, manage an accelerated sales process and prepare contingency plans in the event that the sales process was unsuccessful.​

• The sales process resulted in a solvent transaction and the introduction of new equity funding to support the business through a turnaround plan, avoiding insolvency altogether.​
